Managed the implementation of a maintenance management system across a globally operating dredging fleet. This project was part of a broader ERP system rollout, integrating various disciplines within the organisation.

• Establishing a new Production Plant for Hunter Douglas:

Spearheaded the design and setup of production processes, machinery, and logistics for a new manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

• Creation of a Development Center for DeRegt Marine Cables:

Led the establishment of a development center and production facility for a new product line, driving innovation and aligning operations with market demands.

• Product Development for DeRegt Marine Cables:

Directed the development of a new type of cable, managing a complex project with multiple stakeholders and participants across various levels of the organisation.

• Implementation of a New Crew Planning System for an International Shipping Company:

Successfully implemented a crew planning system for a globally operating shipping company, enhancing operational efficiency and workforce management.
